Industry 4.0 is the fourth wave of industrial revolution where business processes are governed by data-driven scientific methods provided by technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data and machine-to-machine communication (M2M).
The basis of Industry 4.0 is to create a production system that not only connect to eachother but communicate eachother, analyse and generating information to move information further to create a structure that combines advanced manufacturing techniques with the Internet of Things. In Industry 4.0, with the help of a new system architecture, where all production equipment will have separate internet addresses, all data produced at the moment will be collected, processed and reshaped according to user-defined formulas and algorithms using “Big Data Analytics”. In this way, time and energy loss will be minimized, efficiency and product quality will increase. Production will be monitored at any time and will be in a transparent structure.
